How a registration moves through your team
An attendee chooses an eligible ticket during its sale window, enters their details, answers your questions and reviews the registration before checkout. Your team can follow registrations that need review separately from confirmed admissions and payment results. The operations overview flags unreviewed registrations so they do not sit unnoticed.

Payments and mobile availability
Attendees can register and pay for tickets through the event website when the organizer enables paid registration and completes setup of its connected Stripe account. Payment-provider processing fees apply. The Gathersmith native app is coming soon for Android and iOS, with event home, a day-by-day agenda, directories, messages and event passes.

Across editions
Core registration and ticket payments are included across editions. Choose by attendee allowance, event needs and operating term. Compare current pricing, inclusions and optional services on the pricing page; payment-provider processing fees remain separate.
Questions organizers ask
+Can I run early, standard and on-site pricing?
Yes. Create a ticket type for each and give each its own sale window, so they open and close on schedule.
+Does a registration count as paid when the attendee submits it?
No. Submitted, pending and confirmed are separate statuses, and a payment request is not treated as paid admission.
+How do ticket payments, refunds and payouts work?
Paid registration uses the organizer's connected Stripe account. Payment-provider processing fees apply; Gathersmith does not add a platform transaction fee to ticket payments. Refund eligibility follows the event's cancellation policy and accepted terms. Payout timing depends on the connected Stripe account, not the check-in status. Tickets use the currency configured for the event; payment availability depends on the account and provider.
+Can attendees hide themselves from the attendee directory?
Yes. Attendees choose what they share, and public pages respect those choices.
