Understand registration status and find an event pass
Distinguish submission, review, payment requests and confirmed admission.
Before you begin
- Use the event's public registration page and the account associated with your registration.
Save an unfinished booking
Sign in on the event registration page. Changes to your unfinished booking save automatically after a short pause; check the Saving or All changes saved status. If a save fails, your entries stay in the form and Retry saving is available. Return to Saved bookings and choose Resume to continue, including on another device. Saving does not submit a registration, reserve a place or take payment. Confirm consent and terms yourself when submitting. Use Discard to remove an unfinished booking you no longer need.
Cancel or refund a registration
Registrants can expand Your registrations and cancel an unpaid request. Organizers can choose Cancel / refund from the registration row or the person's registration-related order. Choose Full refund, Partial refund or No refund; a partial refund requires an amount. Refund choices show the verified paid balance less refunds already issued and require payment-management permission as well as registration access. No refund ends access without returning money. A refund-and-cancel request waits for the provider to confirm success before cancelling; if it is pending or uncertain, check the same operation rather than creating another. Registration and payment history are preserved. Sandbox payments remain test history and do not block an unpaid cancellation. Active or uncertain live checkout must be checked first. The purchaser manages group booking cancellations.
Submit the registration
After signing in, complete Registration details, continue through optional Extras, then review Checkout. Select paid sessions by day and date to add them to your registration total. Each attendee in a multi-person booking can have different session choices; the purchaser pays the combined total. Selected sessions appear in the checkout review. Store purchases still use their own checkout. Optional sponsor/exhibitor contact permission is off by default and appears at checkout, not on the initial details screen. Accept required terms before submitting. Use Back to change entries without clearing them. Saving choices does not charge or issue paid access; verified payment completes the purchase.
Review your current status
Return to the event's registration page while signed in and expand Your registrations to see status, payment details and private links, or open My event for records already tied to your account. Use Refresh status or Refresh to retrieve current information. Pending review or payment, waitlisted, confirmed and declined states require different action; follow the message shown for your record.
Open the event ID when available
A confirmed registration can show an event ID or QR credential. If admission is confirmed but no event ID is available yet, refresh later or contact the organizer. Do not substitute a submission receipt for an admission pass.
Ask the event team when needed
Use the event's help link for registration questions or missing credentials. Keep private profile-editing links to yourself.
Complete a group invitation
Open the event registration page using the purchaser's link and sign in with the invited verified email. Expand Group registration, then under Register together choose Complete my registration in Invitations for you. Complete your own required answers, eligibility checks and terms. Your purchaser sees completion status, not private answers, and handles the combined checkout; you do not pay separately. An invitation alone is not an admission pass. Free registrations can confirm after completion. With verified live payment, an eligible completed registration is confirmed using the purchaser's paid seat; otherwise the request stays pending. Successful sandbox payment never grants real admission.
Important notes
- A paid ticket request is not a confirmed payment. Public registration does not charge a card or automatically send a confirmation email.
- Personal registration uses separate first and last names. These contact details do not by themselves change registration status, grant admission or establish private account access.
- Sandbox payment success does not grant real admission, issue real tickets or consume an allocation. An email submission accepted by a provider is not proof of inbox delivery.
