Explore the event demos safely
Discover workshop, conference, expo and larger-program workflows using fictional event setups and role previews in your browser's temporary sandbox.
Before you begin
- Open the demo from the public homepage or account entry point.
Choose an event to explore
Open View the demo from the homepage to explore a focused workshop, a conference with ticket tiers and sponsors, a multi-day expo with measured booths and logistics, or a larger flagship program. Public descriptions and a fictional dashboard screenshot help you choose. The platform may require a short access form or email verification before interactive demos and role previews. In email mode, open the emailed link and select Verify and explore; submitting the form alone does not grant access. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Visit Pricing separately to review packages and optional additions.
Try fictional planning changes
Use sample information only. Your browser-owned sandbox isolates edits from other visitors and lasts 24 hours.
Use examples to learn
Read sample templates and populated event records, including job descriptions and onboarding checklists, to understand a complete setup. Each event has its own optional walkthrough. Choose Role preview for a read-only fictional view of attendee, speaker, partner, team and organizer work as applicable. Links open sample organizer tools, not authenticated participant self-service. No user account, private management link or QR credential is issued by a preview.
Reset only when intended
Switch demo edition returns to the chooser without discarding edits. New demo content is added to an older sandbox without replacing edited sample records or extending its lifetime. For the latest default event settings, explicitly reset: read and confirm the warning first. Reset discards only your browser's demo edits and restores the four edition examples, not private customer workspaces.
Important notes
- Demo messages, payments, uploads, access credentials and publishing are disabled. Example prices and commitments are not verified payments, and pending registration is not confirmed admission.
- The working Enterprise annual allowance counts attendee admissions, not named team users. A large sample event is not measured annual usage. Choosing an edition does not purchase, upgrade or restrict a private organization.
- If data does not load, use Retry. Reloading the sandbox is not a substitute for saving private workspace work.
- Verified access lasts up to 24 hours in the browser where you confirm the link. A different browser needs its own access; expired or used links require a new request. Email verification confirms inbox control, not identity. Product-news consent is optional and separate from demo access.
- Usage analytics may record demo selection, access requests, verification outcomes and navigation into a scenario or role preview. Custom event properties do not include names, email addresses, access tokens or form answers. An email-link request being accepted does not prove the message arrived; successful verification is a separate event.
