Set up each client with clear ownership

Establish the client's workspace, invite the people who need access and assign the appropriate event responsibilities. Client contacts, registrations and commercial records stay within that workspace; an agency relationship does not grant access to every client's data.

Repeat the process, not the private records

Use the templates and event-copy tools available in the relevant workspace to prepare a new draft. Review the program, branding and responsibilities before publication. Reusable setup does not mean sharing one client's attendees, leads or financial history with another.

Give clients a useful event handoff

Review recorded registrations, arrivals, partner delivery and budget information with the authorized client team. Use event wrap and exports for the records you are permitted to share, and agree who owns outstanding follow-up.
