Feature
Every proposal read, every speaker on the right session.
Gathersmith gives prospective speakers a public way to submit, gives reviewers clear assignments, and keeps accepted speakers connected to their sessions and materials.

01
Speaker tools
Included in every edition.
- A public call for proposals
- Submissions stored as records your team works through
- Reviewer assignments and collected reviews
- Speaker profiles published alongside the schedule
- Public handouts kept separate from private production files
02
The selection workflow
Submissions arrive, reviewers are assigned, reviews are collected, and accepted speakers move onto sessions. Run sheets and production files stay private to your team, while slides you intend to share can be published.
03
Limits
Gathersmith does not handle speaker fees, travel booking or contracts. Keep those in the systems you already use, and record the decisions in tasks.
04
Across editions
Compare current editions, attendee allowances, inclusions and optional services on the pricing page. Choose the event size and workflow that fit your team, rather than buying by a repeated feature checklist.
Questions organizers ask
+Can reviewers see each other's reviews?
Review visibility follows your team roles; confirm the setup with your workspace administrator.
+Are production files ever public?
No. Private production files stay with your team. Only handouts you mark public appear on the event site.
See the edition comparison for current inclusions, limits and terms to confirm before purchase. The Gathersmith native app is coming soon for Android and iOS. SSO and service-level guarantees are not offered.
