Feature
A multi-track program your attendees can actually read.
Gathersmith organizes sessions into tracks and places them in rooms and time slots. When the program is ready, the same records publish to your public event site, so the schedule your team edits is the schedule attendees see.

01
Program tools
Track allowances differ by edition.
- Tracks that group sessions by theme or audience
- Sessions placed into rooms and time slots
- Rooms drawn from your reusable venue library
- A public schedule published when you choose
- Speaker assignments linked to sessions
02
From submissions to a published program
Open a call for proposals, review submissions, move accepted speakers onto sessions, then assign rooms and times. Publish when it is ready; until then the program stays private to your team.
03
Track allowances by edition
Lite supports up to 2 days and up to 5 parallel tracks. Conference supports multi-day programs with up to 10 parallel tracks; Conference & Expo supports up to 15. Enterprise Annual supports multi-day programs with unlimited parallel tracks.
04
Additional workflows and availability
The native mobile attendee app is coming soon, with a day-by-day agenda. Session check-in and organizer-defined learning-credit rules connect attendance evidence with eligible certificates. Virtual and hybrid sessions can use external livestream embeds. Your team stays in control of scheduling and room assignments.
